At Schwartz, we strive for culinary excellence, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the unopened spice jars or pantry staples in their original shipping box, ensuring they are padded to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
